78ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, 78ph may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.
Players may voluntarily close their 78ph account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

If resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
